The overall aim of touch football is for your tea to score more touchdowns then your opponents. Teams usually have 6 players on the field at a time, while the whole team can have up to 14 players. The main intention of touch is to pass the ball between your teammates and to find an opening in the opponents side to then get to the try line. There are many components that relate to specific touch positions. The main components of touch include speed, agility, endurance, aerobic capacity and acceleration. The aim of this report is to evaluate my positioning on the touch field and analyse the relevance to my fitness level.
