¬ As in case study Peggy was deeply upset and showed her frustration for the reason she was not promoted. She even blamed that she was not promoted as manager for being Hispanic and was discriminated.
Mary could have listened to Peggy and tried to identify her issue. As has been the manager and mediator Mary needed to convince and bring Peggy into the reality by drawing her attention into the whole matter. She could have put her points for the reason of the selection. She could have set up the meeting with the boss and member of offices to clarify the things between them.
